Mizutaki is one of the traditional dishes of Hakata, Fukuoka! Our sister restaurant, Mizutaki Hanamidori, specializes in Mizutaki and has been loved by many customers for a long time.This is a Mizutaki specialty restaurant that is particular about everything from their own brand of chicken, Hanamidori, to the soup, ponzu sauce, and condiments.We also offer courses with all-you-can-drink options, perfect for parties and other special occasions.

The chicken used is the branded "Hanamidori" chicken, which is raised in-house.

The chickens are raised with care in a chicken coop filled with clear air and plenty of sunlight, and are fed a special feed made from a mixture of seaweed, herb extracts, rice bran, soybean meal, etc., which has been fermented over a long period of time.The meat is named "Hana" (flower) because the color of the meat is juicy and the thigh meat is a gorgeous pink color.In addition, the unpleasant odor typical of chicken is suppressed, giving it a distinct flavor and a chewy texture, making it a taste that we can confidently recommend.
