A new Hakata specialty has been introduced as a specialty of Kazen! The secret sauce goes perfectly with alcohol! This is what Hakata is all about! There is also a 10-bottle version! Enjoy it with beer or highballs♪

The chicken used is the branded "Hanamidori" chicken, which is raised in-house.

The chickens are raised with care in a chicken coop filled with clear air and plenty of sunlight, and are fed a special feed made from a mixture of seaweed, herb extracts, rice bran, soybean meal, etc., which has been fermented over a long period of time.The meat is named "Hana" (flower) because the color of the meat is juicy and the thigh meat is a gorgeous pink color.In addition, the unpleasant odor typical of chicken is suppressed, giving it a distinct flavor and a chewy texture, making it a taste that we can confidently recommend.
